It goes without repeating that we, along with you, have gone through major upheaval these last months. Our April Parade of Artists was cancelled, most galleries were closed, and art events were postponed as new ways to communicate and market products evolved. Technology and creativity working together seem to be the best ways to share information and images of art as of late. Continually adapting in a more restrictive environment has taken adjustment, but it is our hope that sunnier, more hopeful days are ahead……for you and for us!
Jay has recently completed a commission for an Alabama couple of a Creek Indian encampment. He painted the size necessary to fit into an antique frame they desired to use. Reading about these Southeastern Indians and their culture provided many of the elements for this painting. We welcome your inquiries regarding existing originals or giclee prints, realizing that the website exhibits many of Jay’s pieces, but certainly not all.
Stay strong and well as each of you remember that old song, “Let the Sunshine in, face it with a grin, open up your heart and let the sunshine in!”
